Very clean rooms, ample storage space, comfortable mattresses, and nice bathroom and shower areas. Good breakfast, although toast would have been a nice addition. Great value for money with new-like facilities. Convenient shuttle service to ski fields. Friendly staff and free parking.

The location of the hotel was extremely convenient, with easy access to the village and ski lift. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and clean, exceeding our expectations. The staff were beyond exceptional, going above and beyond to assist us before and during our stay. They were always available to answer our questions and provided us with helpful maps and details on how to get around. the free shuttle service and personal shuttle operated during the day made it incredibly convenient to explore the area.
The lack of an elevator, which made it a bit challenging to navigate the hotel with heavy luggage. Another issue was the small bathroom area, which required changing outside the cubicle, potentially making some guests uncomfortable.

My recent stay at MY Ecolodge was fantastic! I stayed there for a week and couldn't have been happier. The staff, including Carol, Hiro, and Karl, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus service was frequent and reliable, making it convenient to explore the area. The rooms were spacious and well-designed, with plenty of storage space. The amenities were clean and complete, and the breakfast buffet had a delicious spread. I also enjoyed the balcony, which offered a beautiful view of the mountain and frozen pond. The location was great, along the main road and not far from Kutchan Station. I also appreciated the improved security measures with access cards for each floor and room. I had a truly satisfying experience at MY Ecolodge.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

During my recent stay, I had an incredible experience at a lodge in Niseko. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, providing all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The lodge even had its own restaurant, serving delicious and environmentally-friendly meals. But what truly set this place apart was the exceptional staff who went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable trip. From arranging transportation to the local clinic when I sprained my foot to personally driving our group to the train station so we wouldn't have to haul our luggage through the snow, the staff's dedication and kindness were truly beyond exceptional. The free shuttle bus to the ski area was also incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this lodge for a fantastic and environmentally-conscious experience.

Clean and new rooms. Friendly staff. Free parking. Convenient location for those with a vehicle.
No air conditioning in the room, which can make it stuffy in the summer. Window swings in, making it difficult to open the window and pull down the blind simultaneously.

The location of the lodge is very convenient, with easy access to the ski fields through the reliable shuttle service mentioned by a previous review. The rooms are equipped with comfortable big beds and individual lights for reading. The bathrooms are spacious and always clean. The communal dining area and kitchen are comfortable and well-maintained, allowing guests to enjoy their meals and socialize. The ski storage room is also spacious, ensuring enough space for all the equipment.
The bunk rooms lack privacy as there are no curtains or partitions, which might not be ideal for individual guests seeking more personal space.
