The location of the hotel was extremely convenient, with easy access to the village and ski lift. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and clean, exceeding our expectations. The staff were beyond exceptional, going above and beyond to assist us before and during our stay. They were always available to answer our questions and provided us with helpful maps and details on how to get around. the free shuttle service and personal shuttle operated during the day made it incredibly convenient to explore the area.

The lack of an elevator, which made it a bit challenging to navigate the hotel with heavy luggage. Another issue was the small bathroom area, which required changing outside the cubicle, potentially making some guests uncomfortable.

I had a truly satisfying experience at MY Ecolodge.

From arranging transportation to the local clinic when I sprained my foot to personally driving our group to the train station so we wouldn't have to haul our luggage through the snow, the staff's dedication and kindness were truly beyond exceptional. The free shuttle bus to the ski area was also incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this lodge for a fantastic and environmentally-conscious experience.
